Terms of Service

• General:

Commissions are for personal use only. Please do not claim as your own or use the commissioned piece for profit.
I, as the artist, reserve the right to deny any requests that make me uncomfortable.
I, as the artist, reserve the right to post the final result alongside the accompanying speedpaints on any of my social media platforms to promote myself and any of my other works. If the client wishes otherwise then that can be negotiated.

• 18+ Commissions:

If you plan on commissioning me for 18+ / NSFW pieces of work, you hereby admit that you are legally 18 years of age or older.
For the safety of both parties involved (you as the commissioner and I as the artist) please note that you may be asked to prove your age with some form of ID if there is reasonable doubt of your age.

• Payment:

Payment is done via PayPal with half being paid upfront and the other half being paid after proof of sketch has been delivered.
Payment accepted in USD only.
Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot.

• Process:

Once all the appropriate reference materials have been delivered and discussed, I will notify you when I have started working on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund. (See point 2 on my Cancellation and Refund Policy).
Pieces will take an allotted time of 1 - 2 weeks. If this changes at any time due to the artist’s health / life situation / etc. you will be notified immediately via email.
There will be a total of two check ins (one for the sketch / mock-ups and one for the flat colors) to make sure the client’s commission is to their satisfaction.
The final image would be sent to your email so please make sure to provide that when commissioning me.

• Revisions:

Any additional revisions will come with additional costs.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy:

I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any given time.
The client is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
If the client ceases contact for over 21 days within the last check in, the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.

• Copyright and Usage:

The commissioned artwork will include a subtle watermark that you may not removed.
The artwork may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.
Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.

By commissioning me, you as the client have read and agree to all the terms listed above.

These terms apply to private commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.( NOTE : ) At the moment, I am only offering FULLY RENDERED pieces of work, so if you're looking to commission me for sketches/linework only, then I highly suggest going to other artists that offer those services.

( Note : ) I do accept requests for Character Reference Sheets / Customs provided that clients put forth any and all relevant reference images alongside a detailed description of the desired piece.
Prices for Reference Sheets / Customs are to be be discussed in depth with the client but will still roughly follow the pricing listed above ( with changes being applied depending on the complexity of the piece ).

(NOTE): The prices shown here are Base Prices. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the background + any additional characters + any additional props.(Additional characters are +100% of the base price)
